The Paper Bags series was born out of a need to experiment with different kinds of found paper materials, which could bring their own references, and the desire to have free-standing masks.
“Please re-use and recycle this bag.”
I took the phrase often printed inside or on the bottom of the bags quite literally, as I often do.
